Antonio Guterres: COVID-19 is the greatest crisis of our age
The United Nations (UN) Secretary-General said on Sunday that COVID-19 pandemic is the “greatest crisis of our age”.
By opening an online session of the World Health Summit, the UN chief Antonio Guterres, called for worldwide solidarity in the global crisis and encouraged the developed countries to support health systems in countries that are in need of resources.
The coronavirus pandemic being the theme of the summit, several leaders and experts spoke at the opening while highlighting the need for cooperation across borders.
