Giant space pumpkin spotted in space, NASA shares pic
Just at the time of Halloween NASA surprises people with a snap taken from the Hubble telescope which resembles a giant Jack-o’-lantern of Halloween. NASA explained that the image shows the early stage of the collision between two galaxies. The collision is occurring around 109,000 light-years away which is approximate to the diameter of our Milky Way Galaxy.
The scientist explained that the brightly lit eyes are a huge concentration of stars around a supermassive black hole and the orange hue is the glow of the aging red stars in two galaxies.
Hubble also spotted a dying sun-like star that appears to look like a cosmic candy.
