His work contributed to record monthly sales performance, reinforcing his belief that when narrative and execution align, outcomes follow in a measurable way.

At Force Motors, he further strengthened his understanding of trust-led decision-making in categories where purchases directly impact livelihoods. His contribution to a business transformation that delivered sixfold sales growth within six months demonstrated that clarity, credibility, and retail alignment can often outweigh complexity in influencing customer choice at scale.

Recognizing that buying a home represents one of the most significant financial and emotional decisions, Saurabh transitioned into real estate with Lodha during its entry into Pune. He played a key role in scaling the business from under ₹700 crore to over ₹5,000 crore, contributing to market-building, high-impact launches, and brand establishment. His role later expanded into business strategy, spanning the entire project lifecycle from market selection and land evaluation to product-market fit, financial modelling, pricing strategy, and customer lifecycle management.

At Tribeca, he broadened his scope across luxury residential, retail, and commercial real estate, while building and leading marketing functions across a multi-asset portfolio. His work delivered measurable outcomes, including significant growth in footfall, improvements in marketing efficiency, and strong media visibility for marquee developments.

Currently, as Head of Marketing at Pristine Properties, Saurabh is focused on building an integrated growth engine that combines brand, performance marketing, PR, and customer experience. Under his leadership, the organization has seen notable improvements in sales momentum and marketing efficiency, reinforcing trust as a defining asset in real estate.
